The Malaffi Health Portal is designed to enhance patient engagement in managing personal health and to foster a stronger collaborative relationship with healthcare providers, ultimately contributing to improved health outcomes.

One notable feature of the portal is its integration with Apple Health (HealthKit) and various wearable devices, allowing users to compile their wellness information and health records in one convenient location.

The application is available for free installation and usage, with secure login options including:

 <li>Your Emirates ID along with your email address</li>
</ul>

Upon successful login, users can select their preferred language—English or Arabic—and begin accessing their health information immediately.

The Malaffi Health Portal provides access to a comprehensive set of medical information, including:

 <li>Reports: This section serves as a repository for all test records within Malaffi, displaying laboratory results (including COVID-19), radiology reports (e.g., X-rays or MRIs), and microbiological results, all sorted chronologically.</li>
 <li>Health History: This area provides detailed records of allergies, healthcare visits, medications (both current and past), conditions, procedures, immunizations, appointments, and discharge summaries.</li>
 <li>Wellness: The Wellness tab enables users to integrate data from various applications and wearables such as Fitbit, Garmin, and Withings for a comprehensive view of their health data. Support for additional devices will broaden over time.</li>
 <li>Profile: Here, users can manage their language preferences (English or Arabic), notification settings, profile details, access help resources including Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and sign out of the portal. The “Who Viewed my Record” feature lists clinicians who accessed your data during visits.</li>
